My name is Derrick Norris and I specialize in assisting sellers and buyers in the DC Metro area, primarily in Bowie, Upper Marlboro, Crofton, and Annapolis.

I am the Broker/Owner of Real Legacy Realty, LLC and we have been serving DC and Maryland since 2019. I hold memberships in Prince George's County Association of Realtors (PGCAR), Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

I leverage my professional IT experience and strong negotiation skills to help clients achieve a seamless transaction. I utilize the newest technology available to the real estate industry to best serve my clients.

I am a native of southern Maryland, reside in Bowie with my wife, Takea, and two children. I earned a BS from Towson University and MA from Bowie State University, and I am a member of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden (FBCG).
